Shipping policy

Thank you for shopping with Frontea! Please read our shipping policy carefully before placing your order.

Order Processing: All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.

Shipping & Delivery: Once your order has been processed and shipped, estimated delivery times are 5–7 business days. Please note that delivery times may vary depending on your location and carrier availability.

Shipping Rates: Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your order and destination.

Domestic Shipping (Puerto Rico & U.S.): We ship to all U.S. states and Puerto Rico via USPS. Shipping costs will be displayed at checkout.

International Shipping We currently ship outside of Puerto Rico and the U.S. mainland for a flat rate of $25.00 USD. Please note that any customs duties, taxes, or import fees are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the shipping cost.

Order Tracking Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.
